中國農墾是在黨的第一代領導集體決策和領導下，為承擔國家使命，在國家大規(guī)模投資開荒建場的基礎上逐步發(fā)展起來的特殊組織。八十年來，在黨中央、國務院的正確領導下，農墾始終堅持以農為本，在昔日的荒原、戈壁、灘涂上，建設了一大批現(xiàn)代化國有農場和糧食、棉花、天然橡膠等重要農產品生產基地，形成了組織化程度高、規(guī)模化特征突出、產業(yè)體系健全的獨特優(yōu)勢，為保障國家糧食安全和重要農產品供給、支援國家建設、維護邊疆和諧穩(wěn)定做出了重大貢獻。目前，農墾已發(fā)展成為分布在全國31個省份，擁有35個墾區(qū)、1831個國有農場、1404萬人口、651.66萬公頃耕地、5743個產業(yè)化經營組織的社會經濟系統(tǒng)。2020年，農墾糧食產量達3562.74萬噸，占全國的5.32%，生產總值突破8279.79億元，人均純收入達21908元，為推進現(xiàn)代農業(yè)建設和鄉(xiāng)村振興發(fā)展做出了突出貢獻。
近年來，各墾區(qū)立足資源稟賦和區(qū)位特點，圍繞特色優(yōu)勢產業(yè)，大力推進規(guī)模化、專業(yè)化、標準化生產進程，培育了一大批知名企業(yè)和農墾品牌。如今年參展的廣東農墾的“廣墾糧油”“燕塘”乳制品、廣西農墾的“農墾老味”紅糖、江西農墾的“云居”茶葉、云南農墾的“愛云咖”咖啡、貴州農墾的“瀑布”茶葉、安徽農墾的“敬亭綠雪”茶葉、青海農墾的“瀚海綠康”藜麥等品牌和產品，都具有較高的市場認可度和知名度。農墾質量管理安全水平也不斷提升，建立了覆蓋全國748家企業(yè)農產品質量追溯體系，其中全面質量管理143家。截至目前，種植業(yè)追溯規(guī)模達到3381萬畝，養(yǎng)殖業(yè)追溯達到8232萬頭（只），水產追溯規(guī)模241萬畝，收集存儲生產檔案記錄4800多萬條，追溯產品265多萬個批次，消費者查詢累計180萬次，示范帶動130家地方企業(yè)實現(xiàn)生產過程可追溯。一批農墾企業(yè)成為奧運會、世博會、亞運會、全運會、APEC會議、G20峰會等重大活動的特許供給品及指定供應商。農墾已成為安全、優(yōu)質農產品的代名詞。
Under the first-generation leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC for short)，a special organization, China State Farm (CSF for short), was established on the base of vast state investment, to undertake the mission of opening up wasteland for cultivation. In the past decades, under the correct leadership of CPC central committee and the state council, the agriculture-oriented CSF has built numbers of modernized state farms and bases of essential agricultural products, involving grain, cotton and natural rubber, on the former wasteland, desert and shallows. CSF has its advantages in agriculture, such as high centralization, large scale of production and sound industrial system. Of this superiority, CSF has made great contribution to food security, national construction and frontier stability. So far, CSF has developed to a socio-economic system, with 35 reclamation areas distributed in 31 provinces of China. CSF has broad areas and a large operating system: 1,831state farms, 14.04 million population, 6.52 million hectares of farmland, and 5,743 industrialized organizations. By 2020, the grain output of CSF has touched 35.63 million ton, accounting for 5.32% of the nation; its total output value has grossed RMB 828 million yuan; its farmers’ per capita net income reaches RMB 21,908 yuan, which largely promote the development of modern agriculture and rural revitalization.
In recent years, with the promotion of scaled, professionalized and standardized production, the reclamation areas of CSF has cultivated a lot of famous enterprises and brands based on their resource endowment, location environment and advantageous industry. Many of the CSF brands and products, with relatively high acceptance and popularity, would be exhibited in the 19th China International Agricultural Trade Fair (CATF for short), including Yan Tang milk product of Guangdong State Farm, Traditional Flavor brown sugar of Guangxi State Farm, Yun Ju green tea of Jiangxi State Farm, i Coffee of Yunnan State Farm, Waterfall green tea of Guizhou State Farm, Jing Ting Lv Xue green tea of Anhui State farm, Han Hai Lv Kang quinoa of Qinghai State Farm, etc. CSF’s ability of product quality management has much increased. It has established a high level Agricultural Product Quality Traceability System, covering 748 domestic enterprises, of which 143 enterprises has realized overall quality management. So far, the system has covered 2.25 million hectares of land in crop farming, 82.32 million livestock in animal husbandry and 0.16 million hectares in aquaculture; collected agricultural production record of 5.07 million; traced agricultural product of over 0.2 million batches; and been used by the consumers for 1.8 million times By this system, CSF has served as a model for 130 local enterprises to make their production process traceable. Many CSF enterprises has become the assigned suppliers of major events, such as the Olympic Games, the World Expo, the Asian Games, the National Games, APEC meeting, G20 Summit, etc. Today, CSF has made its name synonymous with safety and high quality.
